When returning to the huts, after about two hours of hiking, there still is enough time to take a bath in the natural pool.
Hnausapollur Crater Hnausapollur is a huge crater on our way from Landmannalaugar. The view over the crater is exceptionally beautiful with high contrast, red lava and the blue lake, makes this stop really wonderful.
