About QR Travel

We started QR Travel because booking a tour in Iceland was harder than it needed to be. There are hundreds of tour operators and thousands of trips, and by the time you find the right one you have twenty tabs open.

So we put them in one place. QR Travel lists over 1,000 tours and activities from Icelandic operators: whale watching from Reykjavík and Húsavík, glacier hikes, ice caves, the Golden Circle and a lot more, with live availability and instant confirmation.

Who we are

We're a small, licensed Icelandic travel agency based in Reykjavík. We live here, we check the weather forecast more often than anyone should, and we're happy to help you pick the right tour for the time of year you're visiting.

How booking works

Every tour is run by a local operator. You book and pay with us, securely by card in Icelandic króna, and your booking is confirmed straight away. On the day, the operator takes it from there.

Cancellation terms are set by each operator and shown on every tour page before you book. If you need to cancel, you can do it yourself on our Manage booking page.
