Join us on a full-day adventure deep into Iceland’s remote highlands as we explore the breathtaking Landmannalaugar by super jeeps - famed for its colorful rhyolite mountains, lava fields, and geothermal hot springs. Begin your day with a pickup from Reykjavik, Hveragerdi, Selfoss or Hella. You'll meet your guide, get a quick overview of the day’s adventure, have time to grab a packed lunch and head east Iceland’s stunning highlands.

On route we will take some stops for some photos of the breath-taking area of black lava fields with views of the infamous Hekla Volcano in the distance and Frostastadavatn turquoise Lake.

Next, we take you to the iconic Landmannalaugar, where we spend 3 hours exploring. With hiking options available for all skill levels! Your guide will advise you on the perfect hike. The most popular route is the Laugahraun Loop, which approx. 4.7km and takes approximately 1.5–2 hrs through lava fields and rhyolite hills. End your hike with a relaxing soak in the natural hot spring near at the Landmannalaugar campsite, so do not forget your swimsuit and towel.

On our way back, we take the Sigölduleið route and make a stop at the Hnausapollur (Bláhlyur), a large volcanic crater with striking blue water inside. Then, we visit the famous Sigöldugljúfur known as they Valley of Tears because of its multiple smaller waterfalls cascading into the canyon, and Hjálparfoss- a final scenic stop at this double waterfall framed by basalt columns., before returning to Reykjavik.
