Krauma Geothermal Baths & Spa – Admission

Krauma is a natural geothermal baths & spa at Deildartunguhver, Europe’s most powerful hot spring.
Full description

Experience nature from its core by bathing in the geothermal baths at Krauma. The hot water originates in Europe’s most powerful hot spring Deildartunguhver, at a temperature of 100°C (212°F). No extra chemicals are needed to keep the pools clean, as the water is constantly being replaced because of the rapid natural flow rate of the hot springs. The changing room has a separate locker for every guest.

Krauma offers five relaxing natural geothermal baths, a cold tub to get your blood circulation going, steam room, Infrared cell and a relaxation room where you can rest by the fireplace while listening to soothing music.

Krauma Restaurant serves Icelandic cuisine from the freshest local farm produced ingredients. Relax in the comfortable environment of the restaurant while enjoying the spectacular view of Europe's most powerful hot spring. The bar offers a wide selection of drinks and snacks and is well suited to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The restaurant and bar are open all year round and can seat 60 guests inside and another 50 outside on the terrace if weather permits.
