This day tour gives you the opportunity to enjoy a day full of adventures, departing from Reykjavik in our comfortable coaches. The drive to Langjokull glacier is very scenic and on the way we make a stop by Hraunfossar waterfalls. “Hraun” in Icelandic means lava and the lava at Hraunfossar waterfalls actually came from one of Langjokul glacier’s volcanic eruptions ages ago. A thrilling snowmobile ride takes us over the immense expanse of ice & snow to the ice tunnel entrance, nestled high atop Langjökull. We spend 1 hour inside the tunnel before reboarding our snowmobiles for the return ride.

A valid driver’s license is required to operate a snowmobile. Children and guests without a license can ride a double snowmobile with a licensed guest.
