Get a rush of action during the day and relax by witnessing the Northern lights in the evening!

The tour begins with a pick-up from Reykjavik around 10:00 AM. We’ll leave the city behind and drive toward Langjokull, Iceland’s second-largest glacier, where the first part of our journey begins. Once we arrive at the glacier base camp, we’ll hop into a Super Jeep for a stylish ride up the glacier.

Before hitting the snowmobile, we’ll outfit you with all the necessary gear—helmets, balaclavas, overalls, and gloves—and a certified guide will show you how to operate the snowmobile safely. Fully equipped and ready, we’ll set off on an exciting one-hour snowmobile ride across Langjokull’s snowy plains. It’s an adrenaline-packed experience as we zip around craters, ice formations, and vast expanses of untouched snow – the ultimate way to explore Iceland’s glaciers!

Afterward, we’ll return to base camp and stop at Skjol Bistro, where you can purchase lunch and recharge for the second part of your adventure.

In the evening, your expert Aurora guide will drive you through the dark Icelandic countryside in search of the Northern Lights. Using weather forecasts and local know-how, your guide will find the perfect spot to witness the magic. When the lights appear, your guide will snap a photo of the moment—free for you to download later.

Warm up with hot cocoa before returning to Reykjavik, completing a day filled with snowmobiling and chasing nature’s most spectacular light show.
